Emerald Pouches are a unique item occasionally found in Tier III and IV Loot Chests, added in the 1.20.4 Patch. When kept in the inventory, they automatically collect and store Emeralds you pick up, saving inventory space. Higher-tier Emerald Pouches provide more capacity, and are able to auto-convert Emeralds into Emerald Blocks, and Blocks into Liquid Emeralds, as the pouch fills up. Emerald Pouches come in several tiers, with Tier I being the most common, and the highest tiers being much rarer, and generally only found in high-level areas (such as the Silent Expanse); they can also be bought and sold on the Trade Market when empty.
